Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched with in 1 to 2 business days depending on the time and day that bthe order is received.

Customs and Duties For International Customers

 1. PharmacyStoreStuff is NOT responsible for any packages detained/impounded/or returned to us by the country’s respective Customs Department.
 2. It is the FULL responsibility of the customer to ensure that the product purchased is allowed by their Countries Customs Department.
 3. Customs regulations vary greatly by country and we do not claim or represent to know the regulations of foreign countries.
 4. If an item or items are returned to us due to non-compliance issues with your country's laws and regulations, a refund will be issued for the merchandise only, minus the cost of shipping.
 5. International Customers may have to pay import taxes, customs duties, etc.
 6. These charges are separate from your shipping charge.

• Returns

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised with 72 hours of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item.
It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.

Returned products must be unopened and sealed, unless defective. Products must be returned within 7 working days. There is no restocking fee. Once 7 days has passed, no returned products will be credited. All returned products must have their original seal intact & unbroken in its original condition. Before returning the product, please enclose a letter with the product & include your Order Number, Date ordered, and Reasons for return (choose one of the following):
